Texas Hydraulics Holdings Inc. names new Senior Director of Human Resources
Temple, TX – 2 June 2017 – Texas Hydraulics Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of custom fluid power components, appoints Natalie Curtis as Senior Director of Human Resources.
In her newly appointed role, Natalie will report directly to Mr. Patrick Taylor, Chief Executive Officer and lead the direction of human resources strategies focused on achieving Texas Hydraulics Holdings profitable growth aspirations. She will direct all strategic initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and improving recruitment and retention.

Ms. Curtis is a strategic HR Executive who is passionate about building relationships and advancing HR best-practices to create an engaged workforce that achieves organizational goals. She brings over 15 years of Human Resource experience and corporate leadership to the company and has held several leadership positions throughout her career. Preceding her role with the Texas Hydraulics Holdings team, Ms. Curtis held the position of Director of Human Resources at Commercial Metals Company, a publicly traded company.
