Over the past 40 years, Texas Hydraulics has worked with customers to develop best value serviceable and non-serviceable cylinder designs for applications that are characterized by:
- Low to medium operating pressures: 0 to 2500 psi
- Low to moderate cycles per day: 0 to 25
- Pressure spikes: 0 to 500 psi
- Temperature ranges: -20 to 180 degrees Farenheit
- Minimal side loads
- Simple cylinder mounts
Heavy Duty
Texas Hydraulics has also developed serviceable cylinder designs for heavier duty applications that are characterized by:
- Medium to high operating pressures: 2500 to 5000 psi
- Moderate to high cycles per day: 25 to 2000
- Minimal to high pressure spikes: 0 to 2000 psi
- Low & high temperature ranges: -65 to 300 degrees Farenheit
- Negligible to heavy side loads
- Custom & complex cylinder mounts

- Fully assembled all-inclusive products ready to mount to machine
- Added fittings, bushings, porting,
