Process Improvements and Special Applications

We have consistent multi-departmental Kaizen events to analyze and implement facility and process improvements. A Kaizen event is part of our continuous improvement plan and is a focused, intense, short-term project to improve a process. The event usually includes training followed by analysis, design, and re-arrangement of a product line or area. THI’s full time Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) team is dedicated to the successful and expedient completion of our Kaizen related improvement.  The RCI process is essential to our unrelenting pursuit of enhancing the value we deliver to our customers.

All welders and weld designs meet AWS D1.1 structural welding code.  Our weld engineers are put through "weld training" to ensure standardization and continuity throughout the welding process.

We offer several options for product identification including: standard engraving, computerized dot matrix stamping, and bar coding.

THI contamination control exceeds the industry standard by using automated pressure washing, high pressure washing, and taking consistent oil samples.
